The Leopard in the Frame

This tattoo has quite a story! When I turned 30, I wanted to paint an entire canvas that was taller than me. So I chose a 6 foot gigantic one and painted it throughout my first year at tattoo school. Eventually I released the design as a tattoo, and knowing that I would have to wait to tattoo it when I gained the skills, my friend Gwen said she loved it so much she’d be willing to wait to get it. She became one of my first clients as soon  as I got my apprenticeship with DJ at Silent Earth Studios! The finished painting now hangs at my station in the studio.
